Lloyd Daniels’ mum has blamed Cheryl Cole for her son’s situation on the show
She said that Cheryl isn’t doing him any justice.
“He should be able to make his own song choices and sing what he knows he can do best. Stand By Me is more his kind of song but it’s still not perfect,” Lloyd Daniels’ mum said.
However contestant Lucie Jones had less sympathy for Lloyd and the song choices Cheryl has made for him.
She said last week: “As a performer, you have to be versatile and make every song your own.”
Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell both slammed Lloyd Daniels on Live Show 5.
Louis Walsh said: “At this stage of the competition I think you are out of your depth.
I just don’t think you are good enough – I think there are four better guy singers than you in the competition.”
Dannii Minogue described it as a ‘nice performance’.
Cheryl Cole did her best to defend Lloyd Daniels.
Fortunately, Lloyd had received enough public votes and is safe for another week.
It was the end of the road for Lucie.
Lloyd Daniels’ supporters say:
“Lloyd Daniels should sing Chris Brown/James Morrison, but it was his best performance last night. It’s not just teenagers that are voting, people are voting because Lloyd is a genuine guy and he would definitely sell records.”

I absoltely love lloyd! SOO SOO MUUCH! I saw him in southport with Danyl Johnson, I saw him at the MEN arena and he was brilliant in both of them! he’s truely amazing <3 Im also going to a MEET AND GREET show with him on saturrday the 8th may, THIS WEEK!:D i cant wait to meet LLoyd! i absolutely love him! hes Briliant!
