Lloyd Daniels

Me and my mum were walking down Warwick Street in London, and I didn’t notice him at first, but he was standing over the road from me on the phone to someone, with about two other men.

The road was really quiet and there was pretty much no one else around. I realised that he looked just like Lloyd Daniels, but I thought ‘nah it can’t be’.

I whispered to my mum ‘Is it just me or is that Lloyd Daniels?’ and I looked back at him and he waved at me.

One of the men he was with asked me if I wanted to have my picture taken with Lloyd after he came off the phone. And I said YES PLEASE!
So we went over and he kissed me on the cheek and we had a really long chat with him.

It turns out it has a caravan down the road from my house aswell! It was really nice to have a talk with him, and now I’m going to buy his album when it comes out

I’ve met Lloyd Daniels twice.

The first time we went to see Lloyd was at Warrington. We travelled 5 hours to see him there! We were really determined to meet him so we talked to the bar staff and even made friends with the production organiser.

As soon as Lloyd Daniels finished perform we ran around the back and he was coming out there.
I can’t believe we were the only people who went round the back and the only people who actually have met him that day!

He was so lovely and we told him how far we traveled. He thought we were mad

I’m a big fan of Lloyd Daniels so on Sunday the 6th of December 2009 my friend and I went up to Glasgow to hear Lloyd sing at his gig and hoping to meet him.
We’ve met loads of new friends while we waited in the freezing cold.
